Day 1 - Arrival at Colombo Airport - transfer to pre booked Hotel at Colombo (Distance 35km, 01 Hrs Approx)

As you arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our tour representative. Enjoy a comfortable private transfer to Colombo, Sri Lanka bustling capital city. Upon arrival, check in to your pre-booked hotel and relax. 

Subject to your arrival time and convenience, you may choose to explore some of Colombo popular shopping destinations such as ODEL House of Fashion, Beverly Street and other retail hotspots across the city. Later, return to the hotel and enjoy a delicious dinner.

    • Arrival assistance at the Colombo Airport by Local representative.
    • The accommodation in the hotels mentioned or similar. 
    • Meal Plan - As Per the Package.
    • All transfers & Sightseeing by private AC vehicle as per itinerary. 
    • All applicable tax (Sri Lankan government Taxes Only) .  
    • GST @ 5 % extra to be paid on Final Package Price if Payment Done in India.
    • TCS @ 5% extra (claimable) to be paid on Final Package Price if Payment Done in India.
    • Xmas and New Year Gala Dinner supplement Addtional
    • Bank Charge of USD 30 per transaction will be charged extra for remittance purpose.
    • Final payment shall be collected as per the prevailing ROE of the day of payment collection.

    • In Case of Cancellation in Flight, Bad Weather or Any other Disruption, there is no refund of hotels. However, we will provide best possible assistance.
    • Please carry a valid Passport and photo identity proof for all the travellers issued from competent authorities.
    • Our representative will hold the placard outside the exit gate of Airport.
    • Standard check-in time is 0200 pm and check out time is 1000 am at most of the hotels.
    • Late check out as per availability only, although guaranteed check out is possible paying at additional cost.
    • Issues regarding child age to be settled with hotels directly.
    • All sightseeing will be depended as per Transport/Ferry timing.
    • Difference in cost arising due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities like - landslides, road blockage, etc. In such case extra will have to be paid on the spot by the guest directly.
    • To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.
    • While entering passenger names during the booking process, do ensure that they exactly match the names on the travel documents.
    • Indian citizens are again allowed to enter Sri Lanka under the Visa on Arrival scheme. There is a restriction in place that Indian citizens can visit Sri Lanka under this program for a maximum stay of 30 days. Cost of On Arrival Visa Charges approximately USD 20 - USD 25 per person.
    • Insurance is one of those things that is better to have and not need than need and not have.
    • It is recommended to carry a minimum of 500 USD in local currency.

Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival date - 10% of the total package amount.
    • Cancellations received less than 30 days from arrival date - 25%of the total package amount.
    • Cancellations received less than 21 days from arrival date - 50% of the total package amount.
    • Cancellations received less than 15 days from arrival date - 100% of the total package amount.
    • Any booking done for peak period / long weekend / Non Refundable Hotel booking, shall attract 100% cancellation amount.
    • For any refund case, final discretion by hotel/ ferry/ transporter.

    Super Peak Period (01st Nov to 31st March) (01st to 31st August)

    • Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival date - 10% of the total package amount.
    • Cancellations received 60 - 30 days prior to arrival date - 25% of the total package amount.
    • Cancellations received less than 30 days from arrival date - 100% of the total package amount.
