Day 1 - Arrival at Colombo Airport - transfer to pre booked Hotel at Colombo (Distance 35km, 01 Hrs Approx)

As you mark your presence at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will meet our tour representative. After that, you will get a private transfer from the airport to Colombo On arrival, you will get into your pre-booked hotel and have your delicious dinner then enjoy an overnight stay. Later in evening you can go to shopping at the Odel House of Fashion, Beverly street and other major hotspot in Colombo. Return back to your hotel.Overnight stay in Colombo.

Day 2 - From Colombo - Day excursion to Bentota (one-way Approx. 90 km | 2 Hours)- Overnight at Colombo

Start your day with a scenic drive from Colombo to the picturesque coastal town of Bentota. The journey, approximately 2.5 hours long, will take you through lush countryside and charming towns, giving you a glimpse of Sri Lanka beautiful landscapes along the way. Upon arrival in Bentota, firstly you will visit the Maadu River Ride that will levitate your mood. After that, you will visit Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery, where you can learn about turtles and also witness the newborn turtles. Jet Ski, Banana Ride, and Tube ride are some of the famous water sports in Bentota at own cost. Return to Colombo in the late afternoon/evening, concluding your memorable day trip.

Day 3 - Half day Colombo City Tour - Explore the vibrant capital of Sri Lanka

After breakfast at your hotel, begin your exploration of Colombo with a visit to the historic Fort area. Stroll through Sea Street and see the historic Kayman Gate. Discover Sri Lanka rich cultural heritage at the Colombo Museum and the Natural History Museum. For a spiritual experience, visit the Dutch Church of Wolfendhaal and the colorful Hindu Temple in the Bazaar area. Conclude your day by returning to the hotel in the late afternoon or evening, with memories of Colombo history, culture and spiritual charm.

Day 4 - Last Day in Colombo - Departure

On your final day in Colombo, enjoy a leisurely breakfast at your hotel. Afterward, you will have some free time for any last-minute shopping or sightseeing, depending on your flight time. Once you are ready, check out from your hotel and proceed to Bandaranaike International Airport for your departure. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for a quick visit to nearby attractions or a final stroll around the city. Bid farewell to the beautiful island of Sri Lanka as you head to the airport, taking with you unforgettable memories of your journey.

Important Notes

    • Rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
    • In Case of Cancellation in Flight, Bad Weather or Any other Disruption, there is no refund of hotels. However, we will provide best possible assistance.
    • Please carry a valid Passport and photo identity proof for all the travellers issued from competent authorities.
    • Our representative will hold the placard outside the exit gate of Airport.
    • Standard check-in time is 0200 pm and check out time is 1000 am at most of the hotels.
    • Late check out as per availability only, although guaranteed check out is possible paying at additional cost.
    • Issues regarding child age to be settled with hotels directly.
    • All sightseeing will be depended as per Transport/Ferry timing.
    • Difference in cost arising due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities like - landslides, road blockage, etc. In such case extra will have to be paid on the spot by the guest directly.
    • To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.
    • While entering passenger names during the booking process, do ensure that they exactly match the names on the travel documents.
    • Indian citizens are again allowed to enter Sri Lanka under the Visa on Arrival scheme. There is a restriction in place that Indian citizens can visit Sri Lanka under this program for a maximum stay of 30 days. Cost of On Arrival Visa Charges approximately USD 20 - USD 25 per person.
    • Insurance is one of those things that is better to have and not need than need and not have.
    • It is recommended to carry a minimum of 500 USD in local currency.

Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival date - 10% of the total package amount.
    • Cancellations received less than 30 days from arrival date - 25%of the total package amount.
    • Cancellations received less than 21 days from arrival date - 50% of the total package amount.
    • Cancellations received less than 15 days from arrival date - 100% of the total package amount.
    • Any booking done for peak period / long weekend / Non Refundable Hotel booking, shall attract 100% cancellation amount.
    • For any refund case, final discretion by hotel/ ferry/ transporter.
